Blue's Hotel Pro is a scalable and affordable solution to maintaining guest reservations and movements.

Check-in, Check-out and Wake-up-call Management

You can quickly and easily review at the room situation and manage and track the Check-in and Check-out of your guests with a single click.

Hotel Pro will help you to programme and monitor wake-up-calls and their status by virtue of the connection to the PABX. You won't need to dial programming codes from your operator's telephone anymore!

Reservations, group managing and services

A single board will show you your reservations position and this can be edited and modified with a single click and show you a list of guests coming in, going out and currently in house. You can also easily manage groups and group check-in, check-out and wake up calls.

Furthermore, in a single sheet you can have a print out of call billing, extra services (bedroom refrigerator, laundry, and so on).

Call billing and PABX integration

Blue's Hotel Pro can do the billing of the phone calls on any PABX. It can also manage extra Hotel services automatically with a direct integration (with some PABX models) or by means of a digital telephone equipped with a TAPI interface.

Hotel Pro is affordable and scaleable

Blue's Hotel Pro is scalable, affordable and perfect for small and medium size hotels. You can choose from several versions, according to the number of extension of your hotel: from 12 to 500 telephones.

If you have more than 500 rooms, you can purchase Blue's 2002 Advance, which includes Blue's Hotel Pro.

The room situation at a glance

An Intuitive graphic layout shows the occupancy reservation situation of the rooms and the services of your guests. Explanatory icons will show the situation of each room at a glance.

Reservation board

A complete room list and a simple calendar underline the practical character of the card reservation board. With Blue's Hotel Pro, the board becomes interactive: room reservation and availability can be immediately verified, check-in and check-out are a simple mouse click!

Room manager

A single click on the room will directly show all the services: check-in, billed calls, wake-up calls, and all other hotel services, up to the complete bill and check-out.

Public phone manager

In addition to bedroom telephones, you can also manage all the other hotel phones and debit the call on the respective bedroom bill, or have them paid immediately.

Customisable for your Hotel

The bill for your guest can be customisable with your Hotel logo and address and with a list of your services.
